Following dilution, evenly saturate the root zone of the plant. Start at the crown or basin of the plant and drench the soil 360 degrees, slowly working your way outward till the entire root ball is saturated. Supreme Growers Kelp Blast may be used as a foliar spray, saturating the foliage until the canopy of the plant is evenly coated.
