Powerbox LSM-16 Flipbox is 8 ballast, 16 light FLIPBOX® that allows you to run 16 lights from 8 ballasts. The FLIPBOX® LSM-16 has a built-in digital timer with battery backup to allow for complete automation of switching between 16 lights from 8 ballasts. Hand-built at their California factory, 5 year warranty. Industrial-grade Siemens relays with a dedicated 40A 2-pole relay per ballast. Voltage independent - works with any voltage ballast. Built-in digital timer to control switching cycles. Battery backup to hold timer programs during power outage. Optional 120V trigger cord to can override timer. Works with magnetic and digital ballasts. Heavy-duty cords and receptacles with 14 AWG wire. Sunlight-Supply style plugs & receptacles. Durable powder coated steel enclosure. Some ballasts, however, may require additional steps to function properly. If you are using Lumatek, Nextgen, or Phantom digital ballasts, or if your ballasts are having trouble switching, you must observe the following instructions in BOLD lettering. Some digital/electronic ballasts contain an 'error sensing' circuit that is meant to detect if there is a bulb failure.
