One of our employees accidentally dropped half of a Phantom ballast into a reservoir, and after drying it off the ballast continued to work. We do not recommend trying this with the Phantom ballast at home, but we did feel it was a good example of how a ballast reacts when exposed to common grow room elements, namely water.
