DriFecta All In One AC/Dehu units are an all in one unit which eliminates the need for an indoor A/C and a standalone dehumidifier . The Ideal-Air DriFecta 4-Ton Packaged Commercial R-410A Gas/Electric Air Conditioner, 125 MBH, 208/230V 3 Ph 60 Hz is a commercial-grade air conditioner that allows for independent humidity control. Set temperature and humidity independently of one another. Even if the Ideal-Air DriFecta reaches the set point for temperature, the dehumidifier will continue to operate until the set point for humidity level is reached. The Ideal-Air DriFecta is a commercial packaged, 13.0 SEER, R-410A Air Conditioner with natural gas heat and a standard dehumidification feature. The 1.5 HP (Horsepower) belt-drive blower and 1-inch throwaway filters are included. All DriFecta units are 208/230V 3Ph 60Hz and come with a 1-year parts warranty. There is a 5-year limited compressor warranty when installed by a certified HVAC contractor. All units require a certified HVAC-Professional for proper startup Ideal-Air DriFecta units are designed for roof mounting on a curb (14-inch curb sold separately). Every DriFecta Air Conditioner is completely charged, wired, and only 1 electrical circuit is required. All DriFectra R-410A Air Conditioners are piped and tested at the factory to ensure their quality. All models of DriFecta are convertible between bottom and horizontal duct connections. Field-installed low-ambient cooling parts 700067 and 700068 are required for using the cooler when outdoor temperatures are below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Factory-installed phase monitors protect the DriFecta motor and PCB from expensive electrical damage.
