Growers Choice brings us the industries first true 630W Double Ended Ceramic Metal Halide Grow Lamp. This lamp had precision gasses for enhanced spectral output, and generates less heat than HPS and MH. This lamp also matches sunlight very closely compared to many other lighting solutions available. Use with a 1000w high frequency digital ballast dimmed down to 600w. These bulbs are not compatible with most 1000w DE Complete Fixtures including Gavita 6/750w DE Complete Fixtures. Growers House has tested these bulbs to work properly on Gavita 1000w E-Series Complete Fixtures (only on the EXT setting running on an EL controller), the Galaxy DE 1000w Ballast, and the Prism 1000w DE Electronic Ballast. That said, Growers House recommends using these lamps in closed fixtures since they are not double jacketed. Recommended operation in a 1000W ballast dimming it down to 600W.
