Delphinium Summer Stars
Compact Stars All SummerDelphinium Summer Stars, Delphinium 'Summer Stars', is graced with elegant white star-shaped flowers nearly all summer long. Like its cousins, 'Summer Nights' & 'Summer Mornings', Delphinium 'Summer Stars' has lush, finely-dissected foliage that remains compact at only 12 high. Plant all three colors in the landscape or a mixed container for a wonderful display! 'Summer Stars' Delphiniums grow best in rich, well-drained soil with a basic pH. If your soil is naturally acidic, adding lime will help to provide these conditions. They are also heavy feeders. The addition of compost or manure to the soil, as well as a granular fertilize, will result in healthier, stronger plants.
