The deep, red- pink, ruffled blossoms are a showstopper against the emerald leaves. This rich, colorful show will delight as it repeats every spring, summer and fall. This rapid growing, repeat bloomer matures to a height of 4 feet with a spread of 5 feet. It is perfect for a low privacy hedge.
