If winter's freezing breezes kill the top growth, the rose will grow back in the spring, and the recovered rose will look the same as the one you purchased. If unpruned, this rose can grow to more than 3 to 4 feet tall and as wide. A once a year pruning to about 12 inches above the ground in early spring is also recommended for the best performance!
