Gavita Pro 300 LEP Air-Cooled 41.02 (LEP) *DISCONTINUED*

There has been a lot of confusion about the spectra for the Gavita Pro 300 LEP spectra. Here's the information you need to know. For most purposes, it's recommended to purchase the 41.02, which is known as the Full Spectrum Grow Version. What Gavita means by this is that the spectrum covered by this light will work well for vegetative growth and flower--the light has a very well rounded spectrum for all phases of plant growth. So the Gavita 41.02 spectrum is not for vegetative growth or flowering growth, but for both. The Gavita 41.01 spectrum is known as the supplemental HPS bloom because the spectrum of this light is most intense in the blue area, with little intensity in the red, although there is a fair amount of intensity in the yellow spectrum. The blue of the Gavita 41.01 plasma helps supplement the intense red of the HPS. Together, the HPS and Gavita 41.01 plasma will give a full spectrum including blues, reds, and everything in between. The GAVITA Pro 300 LEP AC (Light Emitting Plasma) is a solid state horticultural plasma light fixture. There are no moving parts in the fully sealed housing, improving the reliability. The light source is a LUXIM STA 41.02 LiFi module which has a rated average life of 30,000 hours. The glass wide spectrum filter allows for low quantities UVB light to pass while shielding you and your crop from UVC. The Miro aluminum reflector generates an even square light pattern. The absence of heat radiation in the light allows you to hang the lamp close to your crop, or to add the light without adding extra heat radiation to your crop.
